Define the Need - Our exclusive
Design Workbook provides a profile of the building size,
style and specifications that will best suit your congregation.
Develop the Design
– A Master
Site Plan, Floor Plan and Elevation are custom designed to meet the
unique needs of your ministry.
Determine the Cost –
An accurate, realistic budget is prepared.
The Results
Knowing how the new building will look
and what the project will cost BEFORE investing time and money in
plans the church cannot afford to build.
STEP TWO – FINAL DESIGN &
DOCUMENTS
The Process
Preparation - Architectural and Engineering drawings
are prepared for final pricing and permitting.
Pricing – A Guaranteed Maximum Price is presented
based on the Owner’s complete satisfaction with the final design
drawings.

STEP THREE – CONSTRUCTION
The Process
Full Service – Century’s
Construction Team is experienced, professional and responsive. The
Field Superintendent coordinates the subcontractors and is
on-site daily to supervise every detail of the construction process.
The Project Manager has ongoing communication with the
Field Superintendent and is always available to discuss the Owner’s
questions or concerns.
Full Satisfaction – The project
is considered complete when the Owner is completely satisfied.
