Temple of Deliverance

::: Memphis, TN :::

The new Worship Center at Temple of Deliverance will provide a beautiful addition to downtown Memphis, but Bishop Gilbert E. Patterson stated the building's primary purpose would be the practical application of faith.  In order to reach as many people as possible, the worship services are taped and televised nationwide.

With nearly 91,000 square feet, the new facility includes a two-story, 4,000 seat sanctuary with an elevated platform and two large projection screens.  Some additional features included in this project are the state-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound systems, and three special lightweight screening curtains.  These curtains will conceal the choir and the baptistery and can also close a portion of seats on the upper level for smaller gatherings.  The facility also includes a bookstore, choir room, executive offices and a television/audio control room.
