Calvary Temple
::: Ft. Wayne, Indiana :::
Calvary Temple in Fort Wayne, Indiana celebrated the Easter season
of 2000 in their new Worship Center designed and constructed by
Century Builders. "Calvary Temple is a well established
church with a unique need. They had adequate classroom, nursery,
and office space, but lacked an auditorium large enough to accommodate
the growing membership," stated Brady Eggleston, Project Manager.
"Century designed a Worship Center that connects with the
existing church facilities and meets Calvary Temple's unique needs."
The new Worship Center is 47,000 square feet. It includes elegant
marble flooring in the foyer, corridors with coffered ceilings,
and some office space. The majority of the building is dedicated
to the auditorium, which seats 2,200 people. Other features include
an orchestra pit, cascade seating design and an etched marble podium
floor. The attractive contemporary exterior is a combination
of EIFS and glass, and is highlighted by a majestic 76 ft. tall
lighted tower. This beautiful facility will be the center of church
worship and praise.
